1. Return Eligibility Items may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
• Items marked as final sale
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Authorization Process Customers must contact customer support prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Refunds Refunds are issued after inspection and approval. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
